Insurance: We direct bill for your RMT service

A complementary service we are happy to provide…provided your insurer has allowed this option for your policy.   Occasionally we encounter difficulties in direct billing for our clients.  When this happens we will be directing you to contact your insurer to complete the process.

To name a few:   Pacific Blue Cross, Green Shield, Canada Life, Sunlife, Manulife, Claims Secure, RWAM, Chamber of Commerce, Johnston Group and more…

*ICBC insured clients are welcome but we do not direct bill on their behalf.  Clients are responsible for payement after each treatment and are welcome to submit their claim to ICBC for reimbursement.

**Direct billing is not provided for Craniosacral Therapy. Please check with your insurance policy to see if you have coverage for this modality

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment less than 48 hours prior to the appointments start will incur a 50% of the booking fee charge.  

Rescheduling or cancelling a booking 24 hours or less prior to the start of the booking will be charged the full amount.

This cancellation policy is to deter clients from making short notice changes to the schedule.  The policy provides a way for the therapist to recuperate their lost wage from the short notice vacancy.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour period, we encourage you to fill the booking with a friend or relative in your absence.  Once the new client is confirmed, cancellation fees may be waived.

*To avoid a possible cancellation fee, in your online profile select the option to get a 48 hour text or email reminder of your up coming appointment* This will allow you to move or cancel your booking with out a fee.

The therapist reserves the right to withdraw services for repetitive infractions to the policy and for unpaid cancellation fees.

Please note: Cancellation fees will be paid by the client. We are NOT able to direct bill your insurer for any cancellation fee.
