What to expect during a Bio frequency treatment?

Intake

Your first appointment (1 hour duration)will require an intake interview where you and the therapist will go over your intake forms, health history, and possible contraindications for the treatment.  After this brief conversation, a plan covering your treatment needs will be mutually discussed and agreed on for the session.

Structured Water

Prior to your treatment you will be asked to drink a glass of structured water.

Structured water is water filtered of all impurities and chemicals.  Using terahertz frequency waves from the iTeraCare Device, the water is charged for a short duration.  This will change the structure of the water aligning the water molecules for better movement and absorption into the body and the individual cells.  There are many health benefits to drinking structured water. You may notice the water tastes sweeter and has a slightly higher viscosity than normal water.

How long and how many Treatments are needed?

Your first treatment(s)will normally be of shorter duration (20-30 minutes depending on age and level of health) and intensity.  Each persons health is quite diverse, and the response to the treatment will be varied. Terahertz bio frequency treatments are direct and focused. With the Terahertz waves penetrating deep into tissues, the body may illicite a strong healing response. A metered progressive approach is recommended. 

Because of this approach we recommend you commit to multiple treatments in staged succession. Over the first few treatments, we will gauge your body’s response and increase treatment duration and add additional areas.

What do I wear during a Treatment?

The terahertz waves penetrate through clothing so most treatments you will have the option to be fully clothed.  The manufacturer does recommend treating direct to the skin so clothing may be moved or removed in agreement with the client and discretion and privacy maintained either using your clothing or a sheet for draping. 

Your treatment will be carried out lying on a treatment table with pillowing and bolsters added for comfort.

The Treatment

Your first treatment you will included your hands and feet and the top of your head as well as 1-2 other areas of discomfort.  

Light touch by the therapist may be needed and incorporated into your treatment as to move the body for better treatment access and to gauge the skins response.  This will be discussed and agreed on prior to treatment. As stated before, the first treatment(s) are metered to allow the body to respond to the treatments.

As with many treatment modalities (massage, reflexology, homeopathy etc) the treatments may cause a healing response (aka healing crisis)in the body.  This is usually felt as minor discomfort and lower energy as the body starts to repair, remove and improve the disfunction. This is normal.

Once your treatment is complete, you will be asked to drink another glass of structured water.

Following your treatment it is advised that you avoid cold foods, cold beverages, and cold environments for 4 hours.
